Multi-Channel Network & Foxtel bring new integrated partnership model

Multi-Channel Network and Foxtel have recently made it to the front page as they have introduced a new integrated sales & partnerships model for Foxtel Networks Australia, MCN, and FOX SPORTS.

Sources familiar with the development claim that the new model has been formulated to give advertisers fully integrated ability across non-sport and sport channels and products by utilizing a collaborative brand and sales partnership team with members from FOX SPORTS, MCN, and FNA.

As a joint function to be seated within the MCN business, the novel team would concentrate on premium profit opportunities and generating powerful integrated campaigns intended for Australian advertisers, cited trusted sources.

The new, fusion team would be headed by Martin Medcraf as per the new designation of Foxtel Sales & Brand Partnerships Director, reported sources. It would reportedly blend solutions across the Foxtel platform, generating ideas and pioneering content models developed on the FOX SPORTS platform to prime genres like entertainment and Lifestyle, and vice versa.

If reports are to be believed, in the past 6 months Multi-Channel Network has experienced enormous business transformation, evolving the brand proposition and sales structure to a Foxtel first model.

The novel integrated partnerships team amplifies the strategy by augmenting the network’s assets to give brands with a perfect Foxtel centric combination offering, reported sources familiar with the development.

Patrick Delany, the Chief Executive Officer of Foxtel, was quoted stating that the new integrated partnership model is a recent example of how the company continues to lead the Ad Sales space and that this partnership enables the company to work smarter by promoting even bigger collaboration and co-ordination across advertising sales teams.

Medcraf was quoted stating that he could have never been more honored to lead the new combined Foxtel Sales & Brand Partnerships team and initiate generating new, high value prospects for the Foxtel business.

For the record, Medcraf who has held the designation of MCN’s national sports sales director for more than 10 years, would continue to report to Mark Frain, CEO of MCN.
