Jurunature’s dry ice tech to debut in regional oil & gas industry

The Malaysia based oil & gas industry giant, Jurunature Sdn Bhd, has apparently revealed in its recent announcement that it would soon unveil an innovative technology to assist firms in safeguarding their oil & gas assets from extreme weather conditions, rust, and corrosion. As per reliable sources, the high-density dry technology developed by the firm would offer a diverse range of surface protection by blasting O&G structures without halting production or shutting down facilities.

Reportedly, the new technology would enable access to water-logged areas with no divers required and is said to be ideal for ballast tanks, pipelines, and offshore marine structures. Sources cite that Jurunature is expected to deploy single coat protective coating and the world’s first mobile high-density dry ice production system that would offer a 30-year warranty to its consumers.

Speaking on the latest development, the Chairman of Jurunature Sdn Bhd, Dr. Farid Ravi Abdullah was quoted stating that the innovative technology has created quite a buzz across the global oil & gas market after its introduction in Europe in 2016.

He further stated that the technology could be used in construction, marine, and petrochemical industries as well, given that it has additional benefits such as minimum wastage during blasting, cost savings, and enhanced efficiency with zero salt residues.

According to reliable sources, the said technology is being currently utilized by some of the renowned names in the oil & gas industry such as Maersk, Technip, Chevron, Conoco Phillips, Sinopec, Texaco, Total, Talisman Energy, Marathon, BP, Statoil, Woodside, ExxonMobil, and Shell.

For the record, Jurunature was incorporated in 2000 with an aim to provide customized protection solutions to the asset owners in the oil & gas, marine, and petrochemical industries. The firm has reportedly claimed to be well-positioned to launch the dry ice technology to potential clients in the regional market.
